Promising. There's been a lot of foreshadowing on a particular subject. I wonder how that will pan out.

I am at a point in the book right now where I feel everything is stagnating a little bit. Like the calm before the storm. We'll see. Enjoyable read though.

Aimia is looking kinda sus, not gonna lie. Great book so far. So much more depth to these characters....

It feels like it is a different author than the one from book 2. Miles better.

Similar start as the 2nd book, but not as bad. Now I know what to expect and that it does a huge tangent for character development/world building in the fist 10-15% of the book. I'm curious how this will evolve here.

Ok. I really dislike the start of this book. It has asimovesque-vibe characteres (1D) and it oozes with communist/socialist propaganda.

Paraphrasing: "Investing in space makes no sense and it doesn't bring anything out of it". Wtf is this bullshit? Besides making life multiplanetary ("oooh, escapism is bad bla bla bla") there is a HUGE industry in space that can be tapped into. It is frustrating.

"I'm certain some will feel threatened by this record. Some few may feel liberated. Most will simply feel that it should not exist. I needed to write it anyway. I know that many women who read this will see it only as further proof that I am the godless heretic everyone claims. I can point to the moment when I decided for certain this record had to be written." Oathbringer Preface. I remember why this book is amazing

I just don't feel this book right now. It's not bad... But... I don't know... It's bland.

Oh man, I missed this. It's a great ride and full of feelings... The leaf... The storm... But the other side has a lot of secrets too, some... Just 10 heartbeats away. Can't wait for book 4!

Ok, I took this book a bit slower. I needed a small break after the back to back reading of those books.. so I had a few days of intentionally not reading (that much of it). Tomorrow I start again!
