Tim Johnson is 23% done with What It Takes: The Way to the White House
Well flowing, differing, but complimentary styles of writing when describing each campaign. I’m so far left wondering how the hell Senator Dole lost the Republican nomination to Vice President Bush.

Tim Johnson is on page 347 of 751 of John Adams
I'm currently just passing the treaty of Paris, and so far, one comes away with the feeling that Adams was the chief architect of the founding of this country. It's obvious why this won the Pulitzer Prize.

Tim Johnson is starting Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy: A Righteous Gentile vs. the Third Reich (Library Edition)
"The man who died was engaged to be married. He was a pastor and a theologian. And he was executed for his role in the plot to assassinate Hitler.
"This is his story."

THAT is how you begin a book!

I last read it when I was a freshman in High School, needless to say, I didn't understand it in it's entirety then, but now, I'm falling in love with the characters all over again.
