I unfortunately really dont care about this book but Im in too deep to DNF.

I started this over because I had no idea what was going on... Enjoying it much more on the second pass

Our main character is giving Claire Fraser which I love!

The last Ali Hazelwood I read was the Love Hypothesis and it wasnt really my cup of tea but I feel like shes gotten better over the years. So far this has been so girly pop, the age gap in this is wild though.

Ive had this in my TBR forever and Im not nearly feeling this as much as I was with the Cruel Prince. Will keep reading

My heart aches

I try to remember what I cared about when I was 9 years old and keep picturing myself in Javier's shoes. I struggle to pick this book up because it makes me feel so stressed for little Javier, but that's why I have to keep reading. The author writes very poetically and I can see everything happening so vividly.
