I'm at the finish line and I can say this would be best ingested as a physical book instead of audio. There is so much information on US history, which I love learning. Driving and listening is difficult. I don't think I can't give this a fair rating. A second reading is needed.

Progress is slow thanks to the holidays and life in general, but I'm making my way through. I will admit, I almost quit -- the work is dense and Armstrong throws a lot of info at you. But I enjoy religious history, and in this the book excels.
