Grabbed this without reading the description and it took me an embarrassingly long time to realize this was a Cinderella retelling… the book is called CINDER house the main character is ELLA I am an idiot

This is the first time reading a physical book in probably over a year so progress is slow but I’m still proud of myself!! I do sometimes have an attention span that can handle things longer than a tik tok who knew

I thought this would be good because elodie Harper gave it a blurb so I’ve been sticking it out but…. idk about this it’s very cliche romantacy ish (without the fantasy?) and cringe and insta lusty and I don’t even like enemies to lovers it’s always too obnoxious and unbelievable in my mind and I’ve never even read an elodie Harper book so why did I just blindly trust her opinion???????

Is she actually that nice???? Or is that the metaphor. That this guy just sees her as A Very Nice Girl bc he’s not really seeing her?????? Did I have an intelligent thought just now or is that dumb

Why is Kip’s voice sound so dopey in the audiobook???? Idk how much longer I can take it 🥴
