It’s called The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, yet nearly halfway through the book, I’ve met TWO husbands while a massive chunk of the story revolves around Evelyn’s relationship with Celia. At this point, the title feels like false advertising and I am close to not finishing this book.

Interesting topic. But the numerous spelling and grammatical errors makes it difficult to read.

Wanted to like this book but got SO BORING half way through!

1. Author kept using sternum for some reason
2. Misleading. Says it’s about love friendship and affairs then throws in a terminal illness. Some readers don’t like reading about terminal illness. That should be mentioned upfront l.
3. Plot was DRAGGING and wasn’t going anywhere.

Author sure likes the word “sternum” a lot.
