It took like a full month for this to get free on my library app, and I got in relatively early from the hype lol

I have Context Disease and I can't watch a netflix series without reading the thing it's based on first

I literally started my Goodreads account over a decade ago to talk about Eragon. With the new book coming out, I wanna see if it holds up

Realized the first time I read this it was on audiobook, and since I loved the movie and I only hear good things from people I trust I want to give it another go in print (ebook)

Slow going through this one because I read 20 pages and then think about every relationship I've ever had for a couple hours lol very good so far

Read a good chunk of this on planes yesterday, really, really enjoying it. Thought-provoking in the best way.

This is an easy enough read that I'm for sure gonna finish but I'm not really vibing with the writing style. I've had an incredible streak this year so far, it might just be my expectations are too high

Finished The Street of our Lady of the Fields and I'm weeping, this book is so good

The Demoiselle D'Ys is also very good

The Mask story in here is GOOD

Really been enjoying this, definitely just got to the part where Stein is like "okay, so here's the bit where he saw ghosts and received and transcribed a psychic Gnostic text but HEAR ME OUT, this part is super important!"

It's nice to pick up a book and realize you're right at the right place to actually internalize it. I would have gotten nothing out of this 10, 5, maybe even 2 or 3 years ago but it's fascinating right now

As usual getting into really heavy topics in the weirdest ways possible, in this case trying to understand the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. Although a ton of the reviews on this book say they found it from the Korean pop band BTS so I guess we're all strange bedfellows.

I hate that I can't just sit around and read this, it's been good so far but it's getting really good now
