I really liked this book! Richard’s life seemed to follow a pattern I’m often dreamed of. Incredible business success, but doing things his own way, beating the bad guys. And growing as a person along the way. Later much more focused on ways to make an impact rather than a dollar. Space Travel and tackling Climate change in the same phase of life. Good read!

This book did not live up to the hype for me. Seems to be in line with a lot of the manifest your destiny stuff out there right now. And encouragement for creatives. If you’re needing that, this could be a good read.

Good read for the internal thoughts on agency life. Not necessarily a how to scale your agency. Although I don’t think anyone knows how to do that. Seems to be different for everyone.
