I can't say I like the story. I do feel engrossed after reading for some time, though. It is still difficult to read very much at a time. There are a lot of poorly done metaphors, too. A lot of "you're not ready for this but you won't listen to me so here's what you do". Yeah, okay.

The writing is just atrocious and the story doesn't move logically...among other issues.

Terrible. Absolutely horrible.

"a raised eyebrow look". really? REALLY? I think it's only happened a couple times but it's seriously poor craftsmanship!!

It's like.. oh, hey, I'm going to write about Korea and Korean mythology from the point of view of a Korean girl....who is and acts American through and through. Diverse.. yup.

I read it because it's interesting enough. It's something different and based on something I like.
