So far it’s not good so I don’t know why I keep reading it. The characters keep just describing themselves and how each other are with no room for the reader to decide how they feel about them themselves based off their actions. Also, too cliché and too much foreshadowing. They spend so much time saying “this place is not what it seems” without showing it. This author needs to learn to show not tell.

On the one hand, I am enjoying most of it and it did help me feel lighter and more motivated when it comes to creative expression. On the other hand, I find the anti politics in art aspect concerning. One of the main takeaways is that art doesn’t really matter and that is what makes it great and don’t try to write something to save the world, do it for your self! I disagree with this idea.
