First of all I’m reading Forever and a Day which is a continuation of the first book. But it’s not on goodreads so I’m just marking this one. Second. I hate Sutton’s mom. It’s NOT ok to treat your kid’s partner that way and it’s NOT ok for Sutton to defend her!! She shouldn’t even be putting up with her mom being cold and a bitch to her long term partner

I like all side characters and the woman lead. I don’t care for the male lead. I also really don’t think being mean to someone all the time and on purpose is funny. Negging isn’t funny.

So far I love all the side characters and I even like the woman lead. But I can’t stand the male lead. He’s creepy and I hate overly confident podcast bros. Why and I reading a stupid “not all men” hetero book

The main character is definitely a terrible person

It’s one of my wife’s favorite books so I’m reading for her. She’s excited about the movie coming out.

Regan is absolutely selfish, self centered and insufferable. I don’t care how neurodivergent you are, lying and saying you read a roommate agreement when really you decided it was just too long for your attention and you’d figure it out later is a deal breaker. That’s an asshole thing to do. Especially when that agreement has important medical information. This book is a DNF for me b/c Regan is awful

Oh dear. I hope the narrator gets better. Because right off the bat they are a bit grating

It’s cute

I need someone to tell me who they like this book. Genuinely. Why do people like this book? Why do so many people say it’s one of their favorites?

At 38% things actually started happening. Now at 47% I’m able to keep track of most of the major characters. I did have to google a couple names of things because I couldn’t figure out what they were talking about.

Men write boring books. I really hope this gets interesting soon.

I’m so bored with this book

I’m having a hard time getting through this one. I still hate Tobias and all the not so subtle christian undertones/preaching

I do not like the chapters from the boy’s point of view because I do not like him. I’m also very creeped out by the age gap relationship.

OMG!!! It’s pronounced yARRow!!! I need the narrator to pronounce magical herbs correctly!

I’m not a fan of enemies to lovers and this one seems rather hateful at the beginning. I’m just reading this to finish the series

This book is so good.

I’m really enjoying this book. Even for a straight book it’s really good. I still don’t know who is doing the murder but I suspect the governess or the brother. (I think we are supposed to think it’s the uncle but that seems too obvious)
