I find mckenzie so selfish to even ask Aren to risk his life to rescue Kyol. She was so willing to give the location of the sidhe tol. And now she's back to doing everything she can for Kyol because he's the one "constant thing" for the past 10 years. Would she just make up her mind about Aren and Kyol?!

This time she's jealous that her friend is interested in Aren. And she's minutes away from meeting Kyol. Argh!

And now, she's offering deals with Lorn to save her ass, she's done it with Aren too in the beginning of the book. I sure do hope this story picks up wherein she shows some kind of courage/loyalty/backbone. All I'm getting is that she remembers her nightmares and get panic attacks!

Okay. Despite the many good reviews, I don't see the kickass heroine here. She frustrating. She hasn't impressed me so far. Now, she's scared of Aren after she made that call to Paige and 911. Ugh.

I'm so looking forward why Hiss seem to recognize Reny! Ohhhh.

Okay. So I'm reading this because of A court of thorns and roses. I wanted to read this series first. .. I sure do hope the heroine doesn't end up with the spoiled, pampered pretty boy prince. I'm betting on Chaol but hey I kinda have an idea where this leads...
