I started this book a few days ago & it's TERRIBLE. I've considered DNFing it but now I'm invested in how much worse it can get. The MMC is horribly misogynistic & just generally gross. The FMC is truly not a believable character. I'm halfway convinced this is a dude author w/ a pseudonym as this is decidedly NOT the female gaze. I'm literally laughing out loud during the sex scenes & making stank face throughout.

Jules is single-handedly the WORST character in ANY book Ive read. I don’t think I’ve ever been angrier at a fictional person (or even a real life person) and I don’t see how she can be redeemed at all. Holy crap. 🤬
