I've read the first five stories, and they are all wonderful. Distinct but with a shared sense of unease, not with modernity, I don't think, but with certainty. Humanity and technology interact. You don't often read successful ghost stories set in the present, but these work. Interchange and Unreleased are perfect. The horse religion is horrific; the photographer who just can't help himself is darkly amusing.
