I hate this book.

Carol had no right to do what she did. She took over his house and started decorating without even trying to get to know him or warm him up to her; she just took over, and I found everything she did offensive.

He should have kicked her out.

There is no romantic chemistry at all. They do nothing to build it other than an award scene of him putting her to bed. There is nothing to this story at all.

What was the point of the prologue?

Also, I don't know why I keep putting myself through this, these books suck, but I want to finish the series since I paid for it.

I have actually started noticing the author's name before buying the book no matter how good it looks/the back sounds because of how bad this author is.

I have to hand it to Alicia Rades, she pours these books out like water and excels at writing back cover blurbs.

I always forget I don't like what she writes - teeny boppers with a potty mouth running free.

I think the biggest problem I have with the author is that they don't know what 'badass' is.

Badass characters are ones that are strong, confident, self-assured and most importantly full of conviction

I have just started reading this book, and I know I should have known from the cover, but I can't help but think that this was written by a very horny 16-year-old boy.

If I read 'I'm a doctor and a scientist' again in my life after reading this I feel like I'm going to throw something.
