Starling has a crush on Fitz, the Fool transcendentally loves Fitz, Fitz loves Molly, Molly and Burrich are sus 🤨, Kettricken has to manage this for some reason?? Fitz and Kettricken still lowkey have some crazy tension, Kettricken loves Verity, Verity is camping.

the first half of this book was like reading a 300-something page fantasy novel that was just arya acok+asos chapters. now, we're COOKING.

Wow despite over 50 books read, this year in reading was really a nothingburger. such a shame! after I REALLY got back into reading last year I ended up bouncing off SO many books this year. I DNF'd more than ever and finished so many more because of a sense of obligation rather than enjoyment (and let's be real the spectre of GR reading stats looming above me...). 2026 goal: don't do that again lol
