The most boring mystery with the largest cast of indistinguishable characters I’ve ever read.

A “thriller” with “shocking” “twists” written for a reader with a two digit IQ. I mean honestly, author, give us some respect. It’s honestly insulting.

Sooo many people recommended this, I must at least give it a go.

Rereading it again for book club!

Delicious. Meant to be savored like small bites. I loved how lonely and calm and complete reading this book makes me feel.

This guy thinks he’s the next Stephen King: writes an unnecessarily long novel about kids with powers. Unclear who the target audience here is… parents of young kids?

What even is going on? I keep checking to see if I missed the first book in a series - nope! The plot is convoluted, and there are wayyyy too many characters with complicated names that I cannot keep straight. If the plot were any good, I’d put forth more of an effort to keep track of them but right now I’m just bobbing along with my head above water.
