Normally I don't mind slow burns but something is lacking.

Bad editing. Chapter 6 jumps around on what sex the main character is. So, that was annoying.

I'm having a hard time with this. Not because of the gore, creepy situations or writing style but because of the story called "#22". It was the overall decisions the author made that made no sense. If you choose a famous serial killer......follow their MO. It's hard to explain without spoiling it but seriously, what the actual hell?

I think this is taking me longer to read because I'm not ready for it to end, ha!

I don't know exactly why I'm not devouring this book. The story is great, the writing is fantasic yet when I put it down I have no desire to pick it up asap.

Normally this would be a book I finish in 2 days but not this time. It's annoying I can't place why.

Someone tell me this gets better?

I've had this book since it came out (Oct 22nd) and I just can't get into it. Someone please tell me it gets better.....

OK Nick Roberts, I put down your book for 2 seconds and randomly heard a weird noise and my reaction was to put your book up to my ear.

I need words to define this book to give it justice. This was a wild and dark ride. The character development and world building was top notch. I found myself holding my breath to the point I had to physically put it down and take a break.

I think if anyone is debating this.....my advice to you? Just read it. You will not be disappointed! I'm saying this BEFORE even finishing it!

Gah, why is this book making me cry?! I don't cry over a book unless it involves an animal! Yet, here I am. Taking a break from a story that is making me cry. I wasn't expecting this. 🤣

This is taking me forever to get through.....I keep putting it down and doing other things. It shouldn't take me this long to read 57 pages.

Minor detail......the page count in the paperback is 372 pages.

Isval is getting on my nerves.

Also, you'd think a book with a cover of Darth Vader and the emperor on it let alone called Lords of the Sith would oh I don't know have more Vader content?

Claudia Gray never disappoints. Absolutely loving this book.

It really shouldn't take me this long to read such as short book. There's been some funny moments but for the most part I'm not really attached to this book.

I must have a different version because my copy goes to page 333.

Anyway, I love this already because James S. A. Corey gets Han. Which makes me insanely happy ❤

It would be cool if a book that opens with:

"To everyone whose hear goes a-flutter every time Han Solo steps onto the screen or onto the page . . ."

Had Han Solo in it.
