Everyone should be required to read this! Also, as a parent, sleep deprivation is so so REAL. Crazy to read of the impact it can have on one's cognition.

Captivating! The levels of intrigue and layers to the required behaviors, depending on who you are interacting with - I fear I'd fail at such. Such rich descriptions as well; I can picture it but it's not overly detailed and my imagination fills in the rest. I've been reading for only a few days and can't wait to finish.

Convincing. I'm finding it accessible, with the anecdotes from class, and the focus on values and empathy and being present. It's not a how to book or a book on how to sell, at least not yet, and the topics have been quite useful for a personal "reset" of sorts.

Didn’t quite finish but got through most of it. I still think about her master spreadsheet of chores even now and wonder if it’ll help. I think the biggest takeaway is communication, not taking it all on, being okay with imperfect, and asking for help.

So much detail, this book is very long.
