I'm liking the way the event that made Quincy a final girl is interspersed with the main story.

Am I the only person that laughs at so called "sexy talk" I'm books. I don't find it sexy at all!

Okay, I may have judged early. It looks like it was just the Robin Covington story that was filled with editing mistakes. The others seem to be okay so far.

So many editing mistakes!

I feel like I don't have the right sense of humour or this book. They all keep laughing at things that aren't funny. And they're laughing way too much about them.

I'm in a big reading funk right now, the last book I tried to read was a huge failure. I need to get out of this funk I'm in.

So far this book has a very slow start.

He just asked her if she wants to go riding in the morning and she replied that she didn't ride. They literally just went riding together 48 hours previously!

Seriously, JJ is being way to nice to this chick. I would smack her every time she said how horrible he was. She's not a likeable heroine.

And so far I hate Alexa's attitude towards a man she hasn't met yet. It feels like the author is trying to shove her hatred down my throat. Annoying as hell.

Nope. I just can't anymore. Bad writing and a very, very badly written Scottish accent. The writing is just so..... childish. It's very he said this and she thought that and here's what they did. And I just can't see any attraction between the hero and heroine at all. DNFing.

I don't know if I can even continue with this. A Scottish character just appeared and the author can't seem to decide if he should be speaking "Scottish" or not. I'm bored and keep internally sighing at this book. Maybe I'm too tired.

Seriously, the writing in this books reads like someone's just typing down all the thoughts that run through their head. The narration is going everywhere.

Only 1% in to the book and I'm already annoyed as hell with all the descriptions of the brothers so far. I know their ages, heights and weights. Who's the joker, who does what job and why women like them. Surely this could have been spread out more?!

I missed Charles and Anna. Forgot how much I loved them.

I get that some authors are dicks to reviewers but I feel giving a book you've never read a 1 star review just because the author sucks is a bit immature. Am I the only one?

I almost DNF'd this after the giggly-fart thing but I stuck through and finished. I almost wish I'd DNF'd instead.

There's a whole lot of people speaking "flatly" in this. Plus I just read about three paragraphs describing people laughing and farting. Not majorly impressed so far.

Unfortunately the converting from PDF to Kindle has caused all the fi and fl to go missing. It makes for some confusing reading, I'll tell you that.

Struggling with this one. Main female lead is extremely immature for a 23 year old. The relationship between her and her brother is weirdly written. And her lusting after a 17 year old may SEEM weird until you realise she has the emotional maturity of a teenager!

Damn, I messed up and started with the 3rd book in a series. This is what happens when Kindle titles don't have the series order in them.

Not loving it. Kinda immature writing and it seems like it'll take me ages to read. Really long and very slow going.
