I’m doing a research project on mid century conservative Mennonite developments this summer.

Any suggestions for what to read in addition to Mennonite books for soul food? I’m wrapping up a George Macdonald book presently and am looking for what to read next to pair with Mennonite stuff. McCarthy? Sayers? Donne?

Informative and genuinely helpful, also hagiographic.
