I just wish someone would have warned me that this book spoils the ending of the robot series. However, I suppose it doesn't spoil much.

But the Mule was supposed to be an extremely rare occurrence!
That was the whole idea of the previous trilogy.

So a GROUP of mules or with powers similar to the Mule is very very rare!

It's official. This can't have a happy ending for Vaelin.
Dahrena was his happy ending and that is over now.

My theory: Vaelin would've to get somehow the power to "defeat death itself". The power that the Ally wants. He would've to make him posses his body, then take control and touch the black stone that at a second touch "takes everything back". Hopefully, defeating the Ally and sending him into oblivion.

But the price. The terrible price. Vaelin...

Well, i was not totally sure, but it is really nice to see them!!!!
And they have a prophesy about Vaelin. Poor people, they knew his coming would bring hard times for them T.T

I knew Frentis' rebellion was going too smoothly to last forever T_T
