I'll have to sit here for a bit because I had to return my copy temporarily to the library.

I probably won't read all of these stores as some just aren't hitting for me but I'm enjoying a lot currently.

After RWRB was one of my absolute favorites and OLS fell a bit flat for me, I'm not sure how I'm gonna feel about it, particularly since I feel like YA is often hit or miss for me. However, with Natalie Naudus narrating....I'm taking that as a really good sign!

This is a bit too close to home but I can't look away.

This is long but is really interesting to read about what was wanted versus what happened. And also, I didn't realize that the nationalism of Trump was also present in 2008 - I had only known Palin as the cook-y politician, not as an earlier version of Trump in some ways (yes - that is a broad generalization). Really fascinating so far.

Did I cry through the first 3-4 chapters? Yes, yes I did. Library fires are an absolute travesty.

This is delightful for all the references to grad school that are so right (ta-ing, conferences, committees on prospectus and dissertation, faculty and the like) and a delight to see though it should go without saying that the professor/grad student bit seems non reflective from my very small department experience.

Honestly, this is one of my least favorite narrators so that is a bummer.

Bahni Turpin again as the narrator? Maybe I just need to listen to everything she's narrated this year.

I feel like I'm at the point where either i'm going to power through and give this more of a listen or give it up but i haven't made up my mind quite yet.
