It was super super hard for me to start this book. Once I found out this book was about Tyler, I knew he was going to fall for another woman. I know, I know, Delphine asked wanted him too, but its breaking my heart. Even if I am enjoying Tyler and Larissa's back and forth.. every time he touches her my heart is mourning Delphine.

I know he's technically the bad guy in this but the vampire historian is kind of funny. I find myself laughing at his little jokes. Also, Gabriel, his sarcastic responses really just crack me up. I am 100% that this whole storytelling thing is just going to end in the vampire realizing Gabe was just fucking with him and buying him time.

Listen... I was not excited about a Tyler book.. am I now? Yes. I'm loving Tyler's life story. Could it be the fact that I like Grayson Owens voice telling it? Maybe, but I've already cried once and yelled a few times so it's so far a winner for me

I am not enjoying this as much as the first one. I continuously keep screaming at my kindle. None of these characters are listening to me, if they'd just effing listen then this book would be all wrapped up by now. lol

So, we thought Malachi was unhinged in the first one... he just keeps getting better (more unhinged). I am loving this look deeper inside his head. At least we know he has good reasons behind all his madness

I love Leigh Rivers, I am pretty sure I could party with her. Her books are so effing unhinged but I love it. This one has me gasping, crying, laughing, and just moments of pure shock. This is absolutely WILD. I am devouring this. I am 100% in love with the fucked up men in her books

These books are so unneccesarily longggg, each one feels like 3 books, but I am eating up every grouping of said 3 books. Darien Cassel is such a mannnn, He is going tear the world down to save Loren. Which, helloooo when are we gonna get our girl back.

anddd now I am also in love with Roman, and an unnatural fascination with Malakai.. Fuck all the men in these books really. All except Jack really, idk whyyy
