I’ve been obsessed with myth retellings for so long, happy out :)

Not quite sure how helpful this will be for me since I’m not one of the main three attachment styles… I’m the elusive fourth attachment style! But maybe it will help me understand others and get me a secure style!

This book is growing on me and the story is finally progressing.

Incredibly interesting!!!

I like how you can hear multiple people’s thoughts in each chapter and how it’s very fluent. It’s nice to read a book where the author is just laying everything out, there are no guessing games in regards to motives, etc. But damn, this is a dense book.

Oh, this is hard to read. Part of me really wants to continue to read on but I’m not going to read anymore today.

Wish I could keep reading but I need sleep!!

I loved yesterday's poem - "'Hope' is the Thing with Feathers" by Emily Dickinson. I first read it when I was 17 and it is easily one of my favourite poems.
Today's poem is called "Knocks on the Door" by Maram al-Massri (translated by Khaled Mattawa) and I really liked that one too.
