Reading this slowly. . .a few entries per night before I go to sleep. It’s gonna take me forever to finish. 😅

Finally!! All the newsletter shorts of Jory and Sam in book volumes! I think her readers have been asking for these for YEARS!!

Holy mackerel this book is INTENSE!!! I want to keep turing the pages but I also need a break.

Man I really don’t like the MMC in this one. She’s so devoted to Scott and her kids in the rest of the series, but it’s like she’s a different person in this book. I don’t like who she was and I feel bad for Scott.

Let’s try book 3. Since book 2 didn’t work for me, I won’t finish the series if this one doesn’t either.

This is the kind of book I refer to as a “palate cleanser”. It helps reset me after a sugary romance or if I’ve read a few book I couldn’t get into. I don’t read them often, but here goes.

The audiobook is so different than the kindle book I own. I have to keep stopping it so I can read what’s on the page or search for what’s being narrated. 😡

Idk how far I’ll make it into this book. It’s not grabbing me.
