Initial impressions after first two chapters - writing is a little too on the nose. The way in which the challenge was introduced to the protagonist was literally like a video game storytelling set up. An all knowing ominous person comes out of the wood work to tell a cryptic tale setting the protagonist off on her problem solving journey. It’s an interesting plot so we’ll see what awaits!
