The sex scene was well written and didn’t make me cringe at all (bc Cat is an amazing writer) but the events do reaffirm my aceness bc even if I’ve been pining over someone for years, all I wanna do is make out. Why are we getting naked???? And not talking first???? Couldn’t be me.

But hey, more power to Simon and Charlie!

Cat Sebastian WILL NEVER FLOP IN THIS HOUSE. My bf bought me this book for my birthday (we support indie bookstores) and I usually do all of Cat’s books on audio because I’ve been obsessed with the narrator (Joel Leslie is a national treasure) but I thought, hey, let’s get a paperback this time so we can add it to the shelf! And I’m LOVING IT.

I’m ALREADY PISSED. This is RIDICULOUS. I HATE HAWTHORNE. I KIND OF HOPE HE DIES.
