Steven Pidgeon is on page 125 of 333 of Politics of the High Court: Study of the Judicial Branch of Government in Australia
Been so great thus far, explaining a lot of the implied politics behind developments in Constitutional Law that I had learned some about in the course I did over summer.

It only traces till 1987, as that was when I was written, but it will be interesting to consider the application of its thesis to ongoing politics of the High Court in the past 30+ years.

Been a very interesting and thorough study, particularly in terms of history of Greek and Roman civilization and law, influence of philosophy on Christian thought.

This is actually my second time reading Dune, but it's been awhile. So I've been wanting to read them again. Last time, I only got as far as finishing God Emperor. Maybe this time, I can look at finishing the rest of the series too...

Finished the first two chapters in just one day of having the book! It has been so amazing so far, especially reading it in tandem with William Dumbrell's Covenant and Creation. Looking forward to complete both books and writing up a review at some point.

A very thought-provoking book so far. Definitely a lot to look into in more depth, even with regard to the history of human civilisation so far. Really looking forward to when I get to his more forward-thinking part of the book, in terms of his vision of the Critical Path to a better future.

An amazingly thought-provoking book so far. Just finished the first three chapters that kind of gives you the big picture and the fourth chapter that finally really introduces the concept of "ecological intelligence." Really looking forward to what other amazing insights I can gain from this book. I'll be studying Business Ethics & Corporate Governance next trimester, and I reckon for sure this book will come up.

Been a great read so far. I just watched the Divergent Trilogy of movies, so I'm wanting to read the book, and actually did start reading the first book, Divergent. But it is really nice to read these prequel short stories about Tobias/Four. Already has added a lot of depth to my understanding of this amazing world that Veronica Roth has created.

So far very awesome... Just got to the chapter relating to Pentecost... This book has really drawn in so many elements of things that I've encountered in other books, such as Beale's Temple and the Church's Mission, and obviously Mike Heiser's other book, Reversing Hermon... among other references... Even a lot of things I've encountered in Walton's books on Genesis... Really stimulating reading so far

A really well written book... Definitely makes me want to read Lost World of Adam and Eve again, as well as get back to reading the rest of the Temple and the Church's Mission, which in many ways shares a similar theme as far as the cosmic temple concept, and then tying it forward into what is actually meant by the new heavens and new earth, the church being the final eschatological temple and dwelling place of God..

An interesting book, looking firstly at Near Eastern conquest accounts from Assyria, Egypt, Hittites, etc, and then going on to compare this to the conquest accounts in scripture such as Joshua...
