Highly recommend this in audio book version so far

This story is pretty engaging so far. I'm just really enjoying these survival/family via situation/future world dismantled by capitalism stories lately. I don't know If I always love the way the author writes? But I want to find out what happens at each stage anddd I like imagining I'm also in a weird semi deserted city or something

The second story was fun and fast paced! did not figure out the ending. I think there is a movie for this story so maybe I'll watch that sometime

Oh okay. Each chapter is a new story. Honestly what's with the one where the 42 year old women let's some 17-18 yr old boy kiss her in some romantic manic pixie dream boy setting?? Pretty weird, Alice. All these stories are the kind of quiet ones where nothing reeeeally happens but I still enjoy the way it's written. I have a feeling Munro is a bit of an odd bird.

Honestly, pretty enjoyable so far and easy 2 read. Can't wait 2 see what shit Edith gets up to

King is a fantastic writer. I enjoy his sarcastic humour as well.
