4 chapters in and I've decided I need to restart this because I am not registering the words the way that I should be right now. I'll come back to this after a bit.

I'm really enjoying this so far but I also could see it letting me down easily.

Back to these behemoth books.

My first ever re-read of a book!!

Already disappointed by how many tropes this plot and the characters are following. I have a horrible feeling that this is going to be a terrible rating from me.

Oh no... I think that the older I'm getting, the more I am really starting to enjoy non-fiction.

I'm already deeply intrigued by this.

This book has been on my TBR for 2.5 years now. Time to finally check it off of the list.

A few years ago I found myself caught in a sort of Catch-22 and have been curious to read the book since. Very excited for this classic.

So far so good, but it seems like the author is trying to cram as many POVs into a chapter as is physically possible.

Stopped in my tracks by this quote in the prologue.

This is amazing because I already have no idea where this is going but I am extremely entertained. It’s taking everything in me to read no reviews or descriptions so I don’t ruin anything.

I don't understand how I can simultaneously love the nonsensical fantasy that C.S. Lewis writes while also hating books like this. Maybe it's that one comes off as effortless and the other is desperately contrived.
