It's a short read, I thought it would be quick to get through

It's not - it's one of those accounts where you forget to breath, your heart rate slowly rises, and your hands tremble slightly.

The start of Ch.10 rsminds me of the fictitious Cane River story.....

This is the strangest book I've come across.

Having gone to a white majority school for all of my compulsion education, I have so many abstract feelings and opinions so far, relating to both the U.S. and in the UK.

Pg. 23: I decidedly really like this. Wilde wastes no time in introducing the queer statuses of characters, which I like. I've fallen out of love with fiction that make you guess who characters are attracted to, how they identify and focus solely on that, nothing else matters from start to finish.
Wilde shows that you can just live like anyone else, and being queer is just part of your existence - NOT EVEN HALF WAY

Maybe don't read two mental health related YA fiction simultaneously, Billy....
