I'm just starting Book 6 of this epic. I found it difficult to stay engaged for a while, especially as personal matters came up (my wife was diagnosed with cancer) which sapped motivation to read from my brain. But I'm back at it, and though the progress is slow, I'm starting to enjoy the book. A lot of the story arcs are tying up and coming together. My brain seems to be adapting to the Early Modern English therein.
