Fascinating. As always, did jot read the synopsis before starting this, usually I am not into WW2 stories simply because I have read a lot of them and try to look for new stories, but so far I am really enjoying this.

Also, if Isabelle doesn’t learn to shut the fuck up, i think I might go crazy. Like why is she trying to get everyone killed

Separately, this vet PISSED me off. I understand that this vet is clearly burnt out. That being said, not immediately approaching a client with empathy and being rude is unacceptable. Also, this makes no sense, why not just refuse the euthanasia like 99% of vets do now. AND taking out your anger from one client on another 😡

Okay starting this, reallllllyyyyy concerned im going to hate the age gap but we are going to try and push through

Ok so 90% of this book was good but now like i am over the miscommunication it is too much, just be honest with each other. I sincerely just want a romance book with two people that communicate openly and dont constantly break up. And yes there are still plot points that are possible. But the entire point is that they are a teammm. Okay sorry im done just a little annoyed oops
