Why is he bullying Ramses the great for being a stoner if I was pharaoh I wld need to destress too damn 😭

i can appreciate his writing style. it's sort of objective in an unreliable narrator way. it feels very honest in how it does not overtly point out all the hypocrisies Nic has, but keeps them very clear. That being said, the way he describes women makes me uncomfortable and he's somewhat insufferable and boring at times. 2 stars.

This sheeee so boring

ik it’s somewhat the point but this reeks of privilege and kind of pisses me off that he can have so many chances, screw it all up, and then still be successful when so many other addicts will never have their stories told and deserve it a lot more

Whole lot of nothing burger

Ending is crazy

Indeed is like the pamphlets… wish I was in a high school English class so someone wld be forced to hear me expand on this thought

Can’t believe they have American children reading this communist ass book good lord

his writing style is slightly annoying to me personally but genuinely very interesting and informative (the title it a little clickbaity tho)

immediately had to reread the first story it had me pondering and sitting with the feels fr fr
