I feel like this book is either going to blow my mind or be the worst thing ive ever read.... 300 pages to go.

As an adult debut the most adult thing about this book was the occasional F bomb. The love triangle felt all over the place and too many things happened so coincidentally to move the plot. I will more than likely read the second book just to see if there is an improvement because I do love Stephanie’s writing style but this book was MESSY

EATING THIS UP

I soft DNFed this book last summer, picked it up again this weekend AND ATE IT UP. Exactly what I wanted in a moody, fantasy romance. Immediately starting the sequel.
