Just read first chapter: overview on what to expect from the book. Was interested to read the story of the lady who simply wanted more freedom to travel hence her interest in flipping. Similar to the motivations I would have getting in.

Couple of interesting tidbits. This chapter was mainly about the idea of keeping things simple, and just getting started rather than waiting.

Get started right away, and you’ll know sooner if your venture is a success.
Create a simple one page business plan, and a 140 character mission statement with a launch date.

So far James and Julie are suspicious about their new house and it’s weird noises. Curious to find out what’s causing it!

Literally feels like I’m reading a the news at this point. Too bad I can’t stand leaving a book half read….

Turning out to be a great bedtime book. Puts me right to sleep.
