Proteinempfehlung von Scott Jurek (ohne Quelle, scheint aber eine häufig genannte Zahl zu sein): 56 Gramm für Männer, 46 Gramm für Frauen. Lässt leider außer acht, dass Menschen unterschiedlich viel wiegen + unterschiedliche Aktivitätslevel haben und deswegen unterschiedlich viel Protein brauchen. Ich würde mit 46 Gramm nur 2/3 meines omnivoren und, wegen Bioverfügbarkeit, nur 50% meines veganen Proteinbedarfs decken

Wie absurd und unreflektiert kann man sein, wenn man in einem Satz sagt, dass ein Freund mit gebrochenem Knöchel Skifahren musste und in einem Zimmer, dass -25°C hatte schlafen musste, nur um sich dann mit diesem zu vergleichen und zu sagen, dass das eigene Leben viel härter sei und dass des Freundes die pure Unbeschwertheit?

I don't know how you manage to make a person whose main storyline is that their childhood was super tough to make so unlikable ... I have never heard a person call Scott Jurek unlikable but this book (about him, by him) does not seem to do him any favours
