Read the introductions,one from the translator and one from the author, and the first chapter of Book 1, Part 1. I plan to tackle this similar to how I did Infinite Jest - with a second bookmark for the notes and a notebook to keep track of characters and storylines.
I’ve had this book sitting in my bookshelf for 30 years and decided it was finally time to take a leap and dive in.
