I'm on chapter six and I have to stop every now and then because ugh. What these books can do is create some suspense because we're constantly getting exposed to the bad guys but never know when something bad is going to happen or what. It's nerve-wracking.

A bit all over the place but so cute.

I can't get excited about Christianity. Not my thing apparently, good to know.

Okay, firstly, how did this scene even come about, who knows, and how the hell did I end up standing here right now laughing at the absurdity and comedy of this situation. The kitchen scene where Caleb, Rachel and Ilmari get to know each other a bit better and Jake suddenly walks in and realises he's jealous because Ilmari is touching Caleb's piercings, hilarious.

I'm so frustrated, I don't really like the fmc but the mmc's are great and I still want to know what happens next. This story is so long but then they suddenly jump to sharing smut, seemingly without preamble.

I took a break because I was annoyed ... I'm trying to finish reading now.

I need to take a break, but maybe it will be a DNF - the only reason I haven't written it off yet is because I can't find a good synopsis for the rest of the book, so I might have to get through it because I want to know if my predictions are correct

I just had to laugh out loud and I'm still laughing because he opens the "do not open" cupboard door and all the plastic bags fell out - that's so hilarious

Oh wow I love it, I almost had to cry twice and now the tension is already building up and it's killing me 😅

If someone had told me that this book would end up romantic and cheesy I would have laughed but here we are and it's cheesy af, love it

Oh, there's a good (?) plot and I'm a lot less pissed off and all the overlap with the first books, I like that

I totally love it but I'm a bit bored.

Chapter 10. So far I like them and the story. I'm curious to see what happens and whether I have to go back up to 1.6 speed because it's so annoying
