Listened to this slowly with my Lily girl for AO. Year 5. We laughed and cried and kept quoting Anne. We His may be my favorite reading of this book yet. It was amazing reading along with someone who perhaps delighted in the book even more than I did!

I’m reading this aloud to my parents as we prepare for a trip to Italy in the Spring. Seems ironic considering the many years they spent reading to me but also lovely to give back to them in a small way. Thankful for the Landmark collection they gathered for their lineage.

Loved reading about Wild Bill Hiccock with Zephaniah!

I am so excited to read this along with The Literary Life Podcast.

Such a lovely book. The Audible full cast was excellent as are the illustrations in the actual book. Our whole family really enjoyed this!

Been reading this with all my toddler since the first one. I so love Eloise Wilkin and the thick pages and illustrations are rich and vibrant in this edition. My top recommendation is to get the vibrate golden books but they tend to easily fall apart so having these collections is a good idea for heartiness.
