Fan-f***ing-tastic! What a read. Even better on audio! This author is nothing short of amazing. I’m gobbling it up! Almost done, already bought the next one. Just… WOW!

Excellent read thus far, character and world developing nicely, drawing me in, making me read more. I should have bought the audiobook, though, as I’m struggling to find free time to read this so far excellent book! Life lessons... :)

A good UF read, well worth a look, with some cracking characterisation & interplay.

One of the best opening novels I have read in the last several years. Slightly-better-looking-than-the-Everyman Evan is the protagonist, & we find out his story, what drives him, early on. This becomes vital to the story arc, but more importantly it truly does drive him on, past the point where (slightly) saner, wiser men might hold back, or pause for thought. No spoilers, just a recommendation to read a GREAT book.

An excellent companion to a truly excellent opening novel in what looks like being a superb series. Wonderful insights and information.
