Reading so many books about deep sea exploration and learning the players and then being mad about people being ignored 😂

She says she stopped forcing herself to finish books and I think I won’t make myself finish this.

Despite being about “modern” burnout I sense the recommendations from this book are not going to be helpful as she isn’t critical of the systems that create burnout. Everything is about how a person individual can “manage” burn out. Meh. I’ll pass.
