The Adventure of a Scandal in Bohemia. 3.5 stars. This was the best story so far, I loved the ending.

Ok. So it gets even more unbelievable. It's 1869 Mallory would not be given tasks like she does in this book. Men, and women of the time would find it highly improper. It seems as thought she went to an alternate universe 1869 where women help catch murderers without someone telling them "don't worry your pretty little head about it, go back to your female pursuits"

So far I am not really enjoying this. I'm on page 85, and it's a lot of inner monolog. It has taken Mallory this long to think of the consequences of what has happened.

Goddess of Summer Love - Kelley Armstrong. Cute romance/mystery. Not what I was expecting. But still cute.

I have only read to Page 4. When it mentions that Zachary hoped for a baby to unite his wife and him... That bugs me if you don't have a good relationship before having children bringing a child into it is the last thing you should do. Get some marriage counseling. Children will make everything harder and they should not be used as glue for a relationship.

The Screams of Dragons - this story is very creepy. 4 stars.

Devil May Care - how Patrick becomes Gabriel's father. Very sad. How can a person be so horrible. 3.5 stars.

I was expecting a new series. This is a spinoff. I was completely confused at the beginning, now almost 100 pages in I am not caring at all about the characters.

I have not read this for a very long time. I don't remember it being so long. Definitely not my favorite Jane Austin novel.

So far I find it very slow, and boring. I'll give it a little more time.

Getting frustrated. As soon as something happens that is even slightly interesting, the scene changes to a different narrator

Still slow and I am getting bored.

I am sad to say that I am not impressed so far. I find the story is slow and jumps around.
