So, I like to listen to the accompanying audiobook whenever I read a fantasy/science fiction novel as it helps me concentrate.

The audiobook for Mistborn is out of this world. It has soundtracks, voice actors for each character, and sound effects. I am so I M M E R S E D.

I never thought that what is essentially a sports short story would captivate me, but "Hell's Event" had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

"Dread" was a fantastic opening story. Its philosophical conceit revolved around some very gnarly stuff, but that ending--hooooooboy.

Well, I know how to surgically remove a kidney now.

Holy-moley-guacamole. This is some heavy stuff.

Definitely a huge improvement from Sins of the Fathers. Instead of serving like a walkthrough for the game's puzzles, it puts the story in the forefront. Still explains too much about history and research.
