Last night I said it felt like a Costa-Gavras movie and no coincidence I guess, he’s actually name checked 2/3 in. Z for instance, and others but especially it, was fiction that felt like documentary. While this book is non-fiction, but told in a style as tense as great fiction.

This is outstanding. It’s a memoir but it has an atmosphere like a thriller. It reminds me of a Costa-Gavras movie.

I may just skim it before passing it along but it sure is a nice book. I picked it up because I remember watching the TV series with my mom, it was a pretty big deal at the time i think. I don’t remember too much about it except being kind of mesmerized by splashes of colour.

Finished the “camera” segment of the book, superb. Curious to find out how “eyes” ties in.

Made me almost forget i was on a bus for a while today. Cant wait to pick it up tomorrow again actually, pretty great so far
