The book should referencing “Mom/Dad” or “Parents”, etc. instead of “Mother”. While a mothers role is vital, it is not the sole vital role in a child’s life. There are other parties upon which a child inherently expects to rely, which are just as powerful or influential.

This book is insightful, inquisitive, reflective, thorough, and painful. It’s just as it should be for those on the self-reflection, self-healing, generational-trauma-repair journey. However, I recommend this read to all for empathy of every human around us, and understanding of the power of our actions on the most innocent and vulnerable.
