This is really stirring things up in me. I was raised in the South in the 1950-1960s, and it is amazing what I was unaware of. This is putting my upbringing into context with the Civil Rights & Hippie Movements and, even more interestingly, it is showing me just how much the South continues to color the way I approach food, work & relationships.
