Got bored and cannot finish. Looked up who committed the murder and I’m satisfied. Thank you, Google. Lots of hot topics: domestic abuse, gay moms, transgender teen, abortion, teen sex during a rather brief relationship, lots of taking Lord’s name in vein and cursing. Not for me. DNF

Tried to listen. I don’t like how she’s narrating the book. I can’t get past that and the story seems very slow. DNF

Stopped listening. 😩

I can’t keep listening to this. I want to watch the movie. Reads like a history textbook. Lots of characters that aren’t coming together. I just want to know who killed them and I’m guessing it’s a white oil tycoon.
