TIL: remove the books you pause from your currently reading shelf (LOL) and double-check once in a while that GR didn't falsely mark books as "currently reading" just because you opened the kindle version once 💀 Because otherwise, you'll stop seeing books added to CR...

I’ve always wanted to read Biffy and Layall’s story, but never got around to it, so I borrowed the book from Libby - then kind of forgot I did LOL. So, now, the priority is to finish the book before the deadline. Don’t think it will be hard - I am loving it so far!

This one is currently on hold. Moving it to the proper shelf

I'm putting this aside and moving to the next book because at this point, I despise Creighton and every scene with him annoys me... I might try this again later but MEH.

I usually really enjoy this series. Case in point: the last one. This one, though? I H A T E. They all come across as so abusive in this one, to the point all I want is for Cayley to pick up her stuff and run away...

I'm really enjoying it, but it is kind of insta-love-ish

So far, I really like it. It's very atmospheric; it feels like there are secrets lurking on every page, and the characters are intriguing. I did accidentally spoil a big twist for myself because of my tendency to open random pages near the end to make sure it's a HEA though, lol
